Rustic Summer

This crisp and citrusy beer is part of the Cantina Errante Rustic Project. It's hopped and dry hopped with Czech Kazbek and is inspired both by Saisons and Italian Pilsners. Like the other beers of this project, it was fermented by an evolutionary population of wild microorganisms that were left by spontaneous fermentations in our cellar.
