perpetua spontaneous beer blend
Spontaneous beer blend from Perpetuas, coming from small barrels and stainless steel. The older Perpetua was started in 2021 and the blend was created in 2025. The beer has been released in 2026 after 1 year of bottle conditioning and ageing.
